* No additional guest NO EXCEPTIONS (space is limited)
* A non-refundable deposit of $15 or $10 depending on your service is required. This deposit goes towards the
total cost of your lash service.
* You will pay the remaining balance the day of your appointment.
IN CASH ONLY! NO EXCEPTIONS. DONT see a time available? I do offer before/after hours appointments. There will be a extra fee of $50 added to your service.
Text to inquire! Cancellations/ Late Policy
* We understand things happen, you are allowed a 10 minute grace period. Any time later will result in Cancellation of your appointment or a LATE FEE of $25.
* There are NO REFUNDS, however if you are not satisfied with your service, you have 48 hrs to report an issue and it will be fixed free of charge.
* If in the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give a 24 hour notice to avoid any cancellation fee. If NOT, you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance of your service amount. "No calls and No shows" will be charged 100% of the service amount. TAXES WILL BE ADDED TO THE AMOUNT.
FILL IN POLICY
. Fill-ins are recommended every 2-3 week. Atleast 40% of your lashes should still be on in order to schedule a fill-in service. If you are not sure if your set will qualify as a fill-in, you must send a picture via text before booking. If you book an appointment for a fill-in, and you have less than 40% of lashes on the day of your appointment, you will be charged the full set price of your desired set. PLEASE BE SURE TO BOOK the correct week fill in when you schedule your appointment. No exceptions!
Foreign fill ins are accepted, the same rules apply at least 40% of your lashes still have to be on. In proper application of another technician may results in a removal and or a rescheduling for a full set appointment.
